An adult can choose “Myself.” A guardian can select or add a dependent. The payer owns the payment while the participant owns the seat, roster identity, and attendance status.
Capacity and waitlist states are backend-controlled so stale screens cannot create more confirmed registrations than the business allows.
A checkout hold counts against capacity while the participant completes payment.
When full, eligible participants can join a FIFO waitlist without being charged.
A newly available seat can be offered for a limited window before moving to the next eligible entry.
Each participant can be confirmed, attended, canceled, or refunded without changing another participant.
